Addyson Koterba
Director of OperationsAddyson joined TriMkt as her first professional job out of college, and has proved that hard work and dedication lead to exponential growth within the company. She is from New Albany, Ohio, and earned undergraduate degrees in Marketing and Finance from Mercer University. Her strong leadership and competitiveness stem from playing Division I lacrosse.
A dedicated Ohio State football fan, Addyson enjoys supporting the Buckeyes year-round and spending time walking around the lakes and parks in the RDU area.
Cedric Lancaster
Director of OperationsOriginally from Houston, Texas, Cedric attended SMU, where he earned a bachelor’s in Sports Management and a master’s in Administration. While at SMU, he was also a defensive back on the football team. His academic and athletic background reflects a strong passion for leadership and team dynamics.
Outside of work, Cedric enjoys watching sports, traveling, and spending time with his family.
Brittany Cavallo
Director of OperationsBrittany attended Southeastern University and has over 15 years of experience as a competitive dancer. Her discipline and dedication helped her rise from entry level to management quickly. She also gained valuable experience in veterinary medicine, bringing creativity, adaptability, and care to her role.
She brings energy, adaptability, and a strong work ethic to the team.
